DIY Reception Package
This package is based on the wedding couple doing full collection, self set up + drop off of wedding goods.
This is great for traveling couples or couples who have an amazing team that can set up their reception venue prior to the
day but who still require decor and styling support and hire without any hidden costs and searching for the best value.
This package includes:
A 45 min consultation with one of our stylists to talk about theming and customized design plans.
A fee of $350 is required if you wish to proceed to portfolio stage. No portfolio will be created until this payment is made.
Creation of a design portfolio according to ideas and budget
This will be sent out 4-6 weeks after your design consult
Access to our non personalized hire wedding signs in stock
Welcome to our Wedding, Please find your seat, unplugged wedding direction signs etc
Personalized reception centerpieces to ensure your wedding is truly bespoke
Professional styling of reception, this is planned out in a portfolio for you to replicate and includes full table décor hire.
This includes centrepieces’, table décorations and general reception décor
eg table runners, Napkins, table numbers and printed name cards.
**Excludes cutlery, drinking glassware (unless wanting Coloured goblets or mismatch crystal wine glasses), crockery, chairs, tables, tablecloths these are usually provided by your venue or caterer but if you do require them we can add these to your package at an additional cost.
Final decor plan
Sent to you at at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding which lists all decor you will be
receiving along with a detailed decor plan for ease of set up.
Pack up of hired goods into containers for easy transportation
