Betcity will immediately sponsor VVV-Venlo

The Dutch champion Division has a new shirt sponsor with BetCity. The online casino games will sponsor football club VVV-Venlo immediately. The logo of Betcity.nl will show off on the back of the yellow shirt. The sponsorship deal will be valid until 2025, then there may be no more sponsorship of online casinos in sports.

Next Friday, VVV thuis will already appear at the start of the match against Dordrecht with a shirt that sponsor BetCity will be seen on. The club from Venlo is currently 6 ^e in the KKD and is still in the race for promotion to the Eredivisie. Something that would of course be nice for sponsor BetCity, as football clubs from the Eredivisie get more exposure on tv and in the media.

On the website of VVV, the CEO of BetCity, Melvin Bostelaar, says he is happy with the sponsorship agreement: “VVV-Venlo is a traditional club that can count on sympathy from all football-loving New Zealand both on and off the field. With solid policy, the club is trying to bring about a return to the Eredivisie and we are happy to contribute to that.”

Marco Bogers, general director of VVV, is also enthusiastic about this new partnership: “BetCity will make a substantial contribution to the growth of the club, the achievement of the commercial objectives and the implementation of Strategic Battle Plan Same Nao Baove.”

VVV is not the only one in New Zealand football that is sponsored by BetCity. For example, the BetCity logo can also be seen at Eredivisie club FC Volendam and Vitesse. It is also the main sponsor of Eredivisieclub Fortuna Sittard. In the KKD, FC Eindhoven also plays with BetCity on the back. BetCity is gradually taking over the sports world in terms of sponsorship. Recently, it also concluded an agreement with a hockey club.
