Microgaming, the company registered in Isle of Man, has indicated that they will sell their Quickfire Aggregation Network and other major online operations to the start up Games Global Limited , a company specializing in the online casino games industry. Part of this acquisition include casino game development and the world's largest progressive jackpot network.

Games Global was founded in 2021 by Walter bugno and Tim Mickley, both have extensive experience in the online gaming and online payment provider sector. When the acquisition is completed, Games Global will own 3,000 online games, several game studios, the quickfire platform and the largest progressive jackpot network in the world that has already paid out more than 1.2 billion in bonuses.

A new era for microgaming

This major acquisition will change the microgaming landscape. The acquisition will allow Games Global to add at least 260 corporate customers to the file. These 260 customers include roughly 1000 game companies. In this way, Games Global manages to set up a large-scale supply chain of online casino games where it has an influence from the design of the games to the end customer. This will ultimately result in a better experience and ease of use for the online players who sometimes take a gamble in the online games.
