Please note, the gold bars can only be used on whole numbers (0 – 36).

So a gold bar is worth 88 times your bet, the bet is the bet with which you managed to win the gold bar. So you put $10 on 1 number, where the ball ends up. Then you win gold bars that are worth 88 x $10 if you then place a gold bar on the right number where the ball ends up. Then you can win $880 with 1 gold bar. Which of course is a nice amount for a pot online gambling on the roulette table.
