Pokermatch International is going to raise money to the victims of the war, this is going to be done through a benefit poker tournament the proceeds of which will go to aid supplies for Ukraine. This tournament will be called the Victory Cup and will cost $7 to enter. This amount then goes entirely to charity.
In a statement, PokerMatch International said: "Poker is an intellectual sport with federations around the world also helping to provide information about our charity event. The Ukrainian national poker team is the recognized world champion."Our players are the pride of the country. We are sure that together with international players we can raise a nice amount to help Ukrainians."The Victory Cup is supported by the Ukrainian poker Federation and the international poker Federation, among others.
"Even though the Ukrainians (and our PokerMatch team) are spread across Ukraine and around the world, they want to do everything they can to raise both attention and money for the people who have suffered and are still suffering in this war.”
