Unibet seeks 15% market share in New Zealand

Unibet has gone live in New Zealand since July 2023 after being licensed by The New Zealand gambling authority in June. Since then, Unibet has been on the rise despite having to compete with parties like BetCity that have gone live since October 2021. However, that does not seem to be Unibet. He said that in the first two weeks since the online casino games he has already managed to attract 30,000 customers.

Kindred, the parent company of Unibet, has already set a goal to gain a 15% market share in the New Zealand market by the end of 2023. It is therefore expected to continue to grow strongly after 2023 and to gain a larger share in the New Zealand market. Not only in New Zealand, but also in other dollarpese countries and in Australia want to grow the company.

CEO of Kindred, Henrik Tjärnström, explains the plans to grow strongly with Unibet: “we have been a driving force in the transformation of the gambling industry and understood early on the requirements to succeed in a locally regulated and complex environment.
